Whether you already know which flowers you would like or are a bit overwhelmed by the choice, please get in touch as we have lots of ideas and many years of experience in designing and creating the most perfect bouquets and arrangements to compliment your wedding. We would love to hear about your ideas, your dreams, the colour and smells you love and get to know you both as a couple.
We can provide flowers for the bride and groom, bridesmaids, groomsmen, ceremony, venue and we can even dress the cake and napkins for you. We are passionate about creating the most beautiful and memorable arrangements that will get your guests talking!
One of our favourite parts of a wedding is decorating the venue. We love seeing all the planning come together to create the most beautiful setting for a wedding. We pride ourselves in ensuring that everything is perfect and we spend hours working with the venue to ensure it happens. Love Willow can decorate the venue exactly how you dreamed it would look, whether that is vintage jars of gorgeous floral blooms or huge statement arrangements. No venue is too large or too small and our attention to detail is exceptional!
After receiving your enquiry form, we will email to let you know if we still have your date free. If it is free, we will arrange a free consultation where we can discuss in detail your requirements and ideas.
Following our initial consultation, we will email you a quote based on our discussions. If you are happy with the quote, we ask for a non-refundable booking fee of £100 to secure your date, the booking fee will be taken off the final balance.
Your Wedding Journey with Love Willow and What We Offer

- Initial consultation either by phone or face to face once we have received your enquiry form, another consultation (face to face) 3 months before your wedding and a final consultation (face to face), 4 weeks before your wedding day!
- Venue and Church visit if Love Willow are providing florals for your ceremony and reception.
- Delivery and set-up on your wedding day. We only take one wedding per day, so we will be with you on the day for as long as is necessary to ensure your day runs smoothly and is flower perfect. The next morning, we will collect any hired items and dismantle any large displays i.e. flower arches. There will be an additional charge if we are moving displays from the ceremony to the reception on your wedding day.

- We are happy to travel across the Midlands and beyond for your wedding and mileage will be charged (over 15 miles) and accommodation will be added if necessary.
- Access to our limitless bank of ideas and inspiration!
- A vast choice of vintage jars, stands, urns, milk churns, log slices and much more to hire!
- Choice of the world's finest flowers and foliage. We only use the best quality fresh flowers sourced from our trusted suppliers.
- As many emails, texts and calls as you need to ensure that you are both confident and reassured that your wedding flowers will be everything you dreamed and more for your special day!
